I recently spent a weekend here, having been put up by my workplace for a shift nearby. I was given a very warm and friendly greeting in reception and advised where my room was and given my room key. First impressions of my room were very good, being quite spacious, and I found the bed to be comfortable. Tea making facilities are to be found in the room and these are replenised each morning as required when room service do their rounds. Food is provided by the attached Beefeater restaurant next door, and you'll find the staff here to be attentive and friendly as well. You'll find a wide range on the menu that could easily accomadate a stay of a few nights, since you could have a different meal each night. The breakfast, if you opt for it, is a standard affair of English Breakfast items and fresh baked continental pastries, a range of juices, tea and coffee. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order, which makes a welcome change from the more common setup where food is left to languish under hot lights. I have no idea how this hotel is located for local attractions and destinations; I'm a night worker, and so did my travelling around in darkness and was asleep during the day. Which leads to to another nice touch in that they had tags to hang on the door indicating the occupant was a night worker. I've not seen this elsewhere and it was much appreciated in this case! All in all, if you want a clean and comfortable room, decent food from a menu providing a good range and friendly, attentive, welcoming staff who will do their best to ensure your stay is a pleasant one, you cannot go wrong with placing your booking here!

Stayed here mid May 2021. It's located at Crossbush, about a 15-20 minute walk from Arundel town centre and the castle. You know what you're getting with Premier Inn. Large room, large bed, plenty of space and a clean, well lit bathroom. For the price you pay it's difficult to beat. Dined in the attached Beefeater and went for the plant based burger and triple cooked chips with a black forest sundae. Both were excellent. Many thanks to Hazel, Jess and Kirsty (and Jess's mum) for taking care of us.

We booked two rooms. One for 4 nights the other for 1 night. We went out the next day and when we came back they had moved our stuff to the other room. They neglected to tell us that which room was only for one night. No air conditioning. Rooms were very hot. Fans did little to help.

Satisfactory rooms suitable for a family of four. Clean and adequate size room. Friendly staff at front. Cant say the same for the restaurant next to it tho. We waited about 15 mins for our drink orders and waited an additional 1 hour and 18 minutes meanwhile in between we had asked if we were getting our food next. The only reason why we waited was due to my patient husband, the fact that we were looking at brochures tonolan put trip as we had just arrived from the other side of the world and wanted to plan our trip. Instead of them telling us that a certain food is available the server told us on 3 separate occasion (she will check, I think the meals are coming, and I'll check one more time).on which the 3rd time I've asked I told my hubs I was leaving. So I got up to pay for the drinks and told the manager at the bar that we waited so long and no one told us nor had the decency to tell us what was going on. He comped the 2 kids drink and 1 non alcoholic bev we had. My hubs wasn't impressed and said that the least they could do was tell us that we were not getting any of our orders (not even the items from the kids menu) and it would've been a decent thing to do. Best thing was saving probably £50 of money on the food that we...

I am a great ambassador for Premier Inns as we stay in many travelling round the UK during our retirement adventure. Arriving was a disappointment as the car park is totally disgusting. Full of rubbish and dog ends, needing a good sweep and a good gardener to make something of the nice grounds around. Not the one of the usual Inns that we love. We decided to still give it a try. Glad we did. As soon as we walked into the building it became the Premier Inns that we enjoy. |Reception was by a lovely lady who went through the formalities quickly. Even offered help, if we needed it, for the cases as the room was upstairs in the quiet area. Nice thought for us oldies.|Lovely room but that was expected, Comfy bed with extra pillows, which we need. TV, which we never watch. Tea/Coffee making facility with extra bags etc in reception. Perfect in all ways for our two night stay. Didn’t need a clean etc for that stay and the room was so clean when we arrived.|Only disappointment was the Meal Deal but that is more a Beefeater problem. Although as both are Whitbead I am annoyed in that I still await a refund on the Two breakfast meal deals that I cancelled due to a cold breakfast on the...
