my father had a stroke and was unable to toe is touring caravan for him and my mother I found this caravan site for seasonal pitches My mother and father went down to Worden Springs to look at it. They were shown around was very happy with the site but was told they could not use the touring toilet/shower facilities I thought this was strange, but my mother and father went ahead and booked it till the end of the year when I finally got to the site and set up the caravan I have to go to set up the caravan awning I stayed there for a couple of nights when going to the toilet/shower they were absolutely filthy My mother and father are both pensioners. And I don’t want to aim to catch any diseases from the filthiness. In the toilet/shower building. I went to the office I spoke to the manager Kelly on that day, she did get someone to go and clean it what she tried to tell me that it’s an old building it needs work I don’t care less if it’s an old building there is no need for the toilet/showers to not be cleaned I went back a couple of weeks later for a week for the whole week they were not cleaned the manager Kelly, who is on annual leave I reported the showers been freezing no one solve the problem this is the worst ever campsite I have ever been to. I’ve been doing this with my parents for 33 years. I don’t know email for my mum will be attached in my photos the email my mum got back from Kelly with all the excuses so she did not have to give half of our money back my mum’s caravan was there for eight weeks they were still another eight weeks to go with all the excuses that she come up with, was never in a contract e.g. electric as it was free. If you was not on the site you had to unplug it. Which we did.|There was no mention of £3 a night for dogs it was not in the contract all I can say for this site it is in a lovely location lovely sea view lovely clubhouse half lovely outdoor pool evening if you can only go for 45 minutes a day I will attach the photos of the filthy state my parents had to put up with there is no excuses Yes kids will make a mess I will not recommend this site to anyone. Read moreWarden Springs has to be one of my favourite places in the UK! It displays a beautiful, picturesque landscape on the cliff edge, which borders the park and frames the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Even on a dull day, the panoramic view from the edge of the park is truly remarkable; I could sit overlooking the sea for hours. I also love that you can see the sea from most places on the site, including the Waterside Tavern (clubhouse), the children’s play area and even the office. It’s a continuous reminder that you are at the seaside! ||It is a hidden gem which is yet to be ruined by gentrification. The rural surroundings and idyllic scenery make Warden Springs the perfect place to escape bustling city life. It offers a sense of calmness, serenity and closeness to nature, if that’s what you’re seeking.||It should also be pointed out that the staff at this caravan park are unbelievably accommodating. Every single member of staff that I have engaged with has been approachable, down-to-earth, friendly and eager to help. In hand with the spectacular views, it is the staff that make Warden Springs unique to other parks. From management to maintenance everyone works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. ||The clubhouse is the heart of the park, it is here that you can order food and drinks from the wonderful kitchen and bar staff. They treat you like an extension of the family which is rare to find these days! We have really enjoyed the entertainment that has been provided and organised by the lovely Vicky. There have been some fantastic shows and I have had many memorable evenings at the clubhouse. ||Finally, the demographic of people at Warden Springs are great and I continue to make many friends over the years I’ve been coming here. There isn’t a bad word I can say about this caravan park from my experience and I hope this review helps someone else find some joy in the hidden gem that is...
