We recently stayed at Horsepark Hideaway in 'Connie Cabin'. This was our second time staying (first time in Fern Cabin) and again we absolutely LOVED it. Both times our cabin has been ready slightly earlier than check in time which is great. Upon arrival we absolutely fell in love with Connie Cabin. The cabin has absolutely everything you need and facilities to cook a home cooked meal. The first night whilst enjoying the hot tub we just threw a pizza in the oven whereas the second evening we cooked a yummy dish. Waking up on a morning, pulling the blinds up and having the STUNNING views outside was enough to set anyone up for a good day. We spent so much time relaxing, reading, drinking and watching TV on the amazing screen outdoors in the hot tub. If you are taking a dog which we always do, be outdoor space in each cabin in fully enclosed for peace of mind. We couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a dog friendly UK trip, and knowing the hard work Josh & Caroline have put into creating the place is even better. We can't wait to visit here again hopefully soon for our 3rd trip! Thank you guys x

Me and my partner had a great few days away staying in the Fern cabin. Cabin had everything that we needed for our stay. We paid the additional for the cinema tent and it was a nice little add on. We watched a few movies and were kept nice and warm with the throws and heater provided. There was a lot of information provided for us and we particularly enjoyed Wallings, such great cakes and hot chocolates. Would definitely recommend this stay to any body looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away. Hot tub was great and so nice to relax in in the evening while looking at the night sky. We also enjoyed an Italian takeaway from Nonna Carla, 10/10 would recommend. I had spaghetti carbonara and my partner had the meat feast pizza. We also enjoyed the Indian Sabza that was recommended in the book, again couldn't fault the food. We would stay again, everything you could want from a UK breakaway.

We have just returned from our 2 night stay at HPH. We booked the stay in advance for our first anniversary and it was a needed getaway due to a sudden family bereavement. As a couple, we go to lots of glamping pods and chose to stay in the Fern Cabin. The outside area was one of the best ones we have stayed in and we were very happy with the cinema package, as this was a great addition when in the hot tub. There was lots of seating areas and the lighting was a great touch. But, the inside let it down. There were lots of stains on the walls, cupboards peeling away and it looked like it needed a good spruce up! I also was sneezing constantly, whenever I was inside the pod, which usually occurs when my dust allergy is set off. There were also some issues with not ordering our brunch (and finding out the day we were arriving) and the TV remote missing as the previous couple had taken it home. Whilst I will admit that personal circumstances made these small things feel worse than they were, it did cause more stress for our stay when we wanted to celebrate and also take time away from a very stressful time at home. Thankfully Caroline was quick to message back and we had the cinema package. If we were to visit again, we would try the blossom pod as this looks great from pictures. The location was also great as it was close to Lancaster...

Connie Cabin

Been wanting to come here for ages, but its always been booked up. Which is a obviously a good sign , managaed to get a night here after a cancellation came up. Arrived a little earlier as Connie Cabin was ready which was great. WOW it is Beautiful, stunning views, sooooo peaceful. Hot tub amazing with a projector so you can watch Tv. Fire outside although its freezing atm we got all cosy with the fire & toasted some marshmallows. We spent hours in the hot tub. It Has everything you need here, very clean, owners are very helpful. Christmas Tree is lovely. I love how they decorate for every occasion. You can see how much work has gone into the Cabins & there is nothing it's missing. Me & my partner have been to lots of places together & alot of log cabins all over the country. This is definitely my Favourite. We will 100% be back & would love to try out the other Cabins also as they all look Beautiful & have there own style. Only thing I would say is a later check out would be nice maybe 11am, instead of 10am. Can't moan about Check in as the Cabin was ready earlier. Which was brilliant. Thankyou so much Caroline & Josh for a lovely stay , we relaxed so much which is just what we needed. We are already looking at when we can come back. Olivia &...
