The Scottish Honky-Tonk — Hotel in Bute

Visited the diner last Sat with my partner after hearing great things.Thoroughly disappointed. We were given the menu after waiting almost 10 mins.Waitress never took our drinks order but instead stood at the bar chatting to another woman.We waited at least another 15 mins but she still didn't approach us.Another couple at the next table got the same treatment.Annoyed at such shabby service we all decided to leave and take our custom elsewhere.As we stood up she suddenly became interested and told us they were short staffed.Not good enough and a very feeble excuse .As we were leaving another disgruntled customer was told they were " too busy" to make their children's dessert! Shocking! This American style diner may look good and has a very interesting menu but the proof is in the pudding and for me this whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Won't...

I recently stayed at this hotel now called " Cadillac Kustomz Hotel" and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The rooms were spotless, with incredible attention to detail that made the stay feel luxurious and comfortable. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was immaculately clean, and the little touches around the room really stood out.

The dining area and bar were equally impressive. Every meal was delicious, and the presentation was just as thoughtful as the service. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return next month. Highly recommend!

Do not be fooled by the outside of the Honky Tonk - step inside and enjoy the fun, authentic American diner and rock bar!

The menu is quirky with lots to choose from. I would highly recommend the chicken burrito but DO be hungry and/or willing to share...massive portion!

The staff are friendly and attentive. The Honky Tonk really achieves the family run feel that is hard to come by.
