I stayed 7 nights and booked before I left to return next year! Was offered tea/coffee on arrival and even a hot meal after my long journey. This family-run B&B is outstanding - warm, friendly and very welcoming hosts, spotlessly clean throughout, with comfy, very clean beds, lovely spacious room with good en-suite shower. Fruit provided in the room for arrival, excellent choice of cereals, beautifully cooked full English breakfast or else continental, with good coffee and fresh juices. Ample parking available, central location, with great transport links - bus service directly outside hotel and Exmouth has a railway station making all local towns, beaches and Exeter easily accessible for those non-drivers. Exe estuary footpath nearby for lovely walks too and Exmouth is an ideal base to explore all that this AoNB of Devon has to offer. As it was the UEFA final during my stay, the socially distanced dining room accommodated a safe number of guests to watch it together though good quality tv also in room and a complimentary hot buffet was provided. This family couldn't possibly go further in making sure everybody has the best possible stay at their B&B, with many return guests. You definitely won't be...
