Woodhall Estate — Hotel in East Hertfordshire

My husband and I married at Woodhall estate back in August, from the moment we arrived at the venue viewing we knew it was the perfect venue for us! The on-site accommodation, the 3 day hire, the stunning grounds, the wedding management team, everything was exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we booked we had the wedding management team from Hall and Co helping us with any questions, supplier recommendations, nothing was ever too much trouble. Then our big weekend arrived and despite the bad weather it was everything we could of wished for, Millie from the management team was on hand every single second and went completely above and beyond (she loaded so many bar supplies she put the best man to shame). On the morning of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a thing, Millie took care of everything and the day ran so smoothly because her organisation was impeccable. We stayed in the beehive cottage for a weekend, charming, cosy and great fun with amazing gardens and grounds. We then transferred to the garden house where we stayed for a few weeks. The garden house is amazing, well situated, beautiful gardens and grounds, well designed internally and ideal for a family. We stayed with our dogs as one was quite unwell and we needed to be near the RVC hospital. The estate team and management could not have been more accommodating and helpful, they even came to see us to welcome us to the estate and wanted to meet us before we left to say goodbye and ensure we had everything we needed. The most wonderful place to stay for our weekend away. Beehives Cottage was so comfortable, cosy, very high standard , extremely comfortable beds., and very well designed.
