This absolutely stunning set of holiday cottages, run by Les and Leslie set in the beautiful rural area of Wales has everything you could possibly want from a relaxing break. Attractively designed and presented accommodation which was spotless when we arrived. The hot tub was a definite plus, lovely after a hard day out on the beach. Easy drive into Newcastle Emlyn for anything you might need and not long drives to nearest beaches. Not all are dog-friendly though. Bit further to go to Poppit beach just past Carmarthen. Lovely sand with dunes and lots of space for doggy zoomies. Nice cafe by the beach here but go early it gets sold out. Interesting things to visit nearby including the castle, wool museum and NT Llanachaeron. Plenty of eateries...

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Blaenwenllan cottages, we had Oak cottage and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed, it had everything you might need from a hair dryer to gorgeous bath robs which are perfect for the hot tub. The welcome basket was a added touch that made the cottage feel very welcoming and homely. It’s also very dog friendly. Beautiful location in the gorgeous welsh countryside and not to far to the nearest town. A great base for exploring or just relaxing....
