Read moreWe stayed at Bosvean House for 5 days & didn't want to leave. Charlene, Holly & Colin (who cooks the best breakfasts) couldn't do any more for you from the moment you arrive until you depart. It really is a home from home and the hosts go out of their way to ensure you feel that way. There are 3 bedrooms in the B&B all with en-suite bathrooms. I was lucky enough to have room 1 which is known as the suite and it was a dream. From double wardrobes, a beautifully dressed bed which provided the best nights sleep I've had in a while night after night and not to mention the balcony with stunning views of the rolling hills of Bude. There is also a cottage in the grounds which we were able to take a look at which had the same welcoming feel as soon as you walked through the front door. Breakfast is served in the main dining room offering fresh eggs, laid by their chickens, anyway you'd like them! We were so lucky with blue sky and sunshine everyday and were able to enjoy the views from the Summer house and terrace everyday. The BBQ and Pizza oven are a great addition and as a guest you are able to use these whenever you wish. A short walk up the hill along a bridle path and you have stunning views of the sea and is a great location to watch the sunset. We cannot wait to return in the not too distant future as am most definitely suffering with the holiday blues, and highly recommend anyone considering staying here to do so. I can foresee it being booked up months in advance as soon as word gets out what a hidden gem...
