We booked this place last minute and wow what a hidden gem. The place itself is lovely and very clean with some excellent views you can admire from the terrace. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds and excellent toilet facilities. There is a shared kitchen area by the lobby which has everything you could possibly need, and the breakfast in the morning was great as well. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to visit Portmeirion as it is only a 10 minute drive down the road. The only down side is the nearest village is about half an hours walk away and is a little bit of a pain getting back at night. However, if you want to have a few drinks at the hotel then the staff are more than happy to let you do this. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by Liam on arrival who gave us a quick tour of the place. We couldn’t speak highly enough of Liam and the other staff members as they were extremely helpful and gave us some good suggestions on places to visit throughout our stay. Overall this place is 100% worth staying and we are already looking to stay here again in the future.

Cosy farmhouse style rooms, very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Location is good for a quiet break, small town is around 25 minute walk away (Penrhyn) with two pubs, Spar shop, Indian restaurant, Chinese and a Thai takeaway. From the accommodation to the town there is part of a main road with no path, so best to try only during the daytime, driving is around 5 mins only. Views are amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! Lots of communal spaces, there is a large kitchen area for self catering, individual fridges, lots of sinks and hobs too. Outdoor and indoor spaces is accommodating for groups aswell (sofas, benches, bbq’s etc). The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Provided a huge selection of food for breakfast in the morning as we stayed for B&B. Definitely good value for money and would return, 5/5! Thank you very much for a great stay.

Stayed here for a weekend of MTB riding , the hosts are amazing with nothing being too much trouble, the cleanliness of the whole place is great, clean comfortable rooms and beds, great food and plenty of it, cakes everyday and hot drinks whenever you want one from the communal kitchen, every room has its own fridge. There is a drying room for your wet kit (it’s Wales) and a secure storage are for you bikes, etc. Big TV and lots of seating if you wanted to chill out, plus tv in each room. Needless to say, we have already rebooked for another club weekend.
