I booked this lovely lodge for my friends birthday,he was impressed with the super king bed and walk in shower and cooked breakfast, lovely views, the staff was very nice and help full, we had a shortcake biscuit ,milk and water in the fridge,I was happy there was hot chocolate on the tray, nice to see one of the dogs was really friendly and came down the lake with us as they was unleashed so its dog friendly, there was different choices of cereal, sour dough, brown, white bread, apple, orange Juice, fruit and yogurt also for breakfast, choice of how you want your eggs and what you want for breakfast,as there is no food in the evening we recommend the pizza but make sure you book it before 10am on the day.

This is the best accommodation you can only wish to find and when you do you will enjoy every moment of your time spent there. The family are very friendly and welcoming and the Chef produces an array of delicious breakfast meals that set you up for most of the day. You will certainly remember Canaston Oaks, and want to come back again. It's very central to Pembrokeshire and within easy access of Tenby, St David's, Saundersfoot and many more places. Don't miss out on the best experience you will find in Pembrokeshire.

Canaston Oaks is a super place and one of the best places that we have stayed at. The rooms were generous in size and were nicely decorated, with all the required amenities supplied. The breakfasts were delicious with a great choice of foods to select from. Narberth was a gorgeous quaint village with lovely little private shops and eateries to choose from. Needless to say, we enjoyed it so much that we will be returning to Canaston Oaks in the very near future.

This is my fourth stay at Canaston Oaks. (Third as a family) and on each of those times our experienced has always exceeded expectation.

This time we had an added member of the family being our labrador. We made sure to book a dog friendly room well in advance as we knew these were limited in availability.

We stayed in room number 10 which we had not stayed in before. Upon entering the room we could see that the standards had not remotely dropped from our last visit. The room was beautifully presented and very welcoming. A nice couple of small touches were also there, which included a dog treat, some sweets for my daughter and a small bottle of wine as well. It’s the small things that really makes a difference. The room also had very thick curtains which kept the warmth in and also gave a nice sense of privacy. The decor in the room is neutral and not overbearing and gives the room a nice suspicious feel.

To me, the most impressive part of the room was the bathroom. This was modern, clean and featured a walk-in shower. I hadn’t ever used a walk-in shower before so found it quite the novelty.

The room also featured a second part. This included a sofa bed and a small kitchen area. The kitchen featured a fridge and kettle, cutlery and plates etc. Through this part of the room you could gain access to a secure outside area which was fantastic for walking the dog.

Our stay also included breakfast. The majority of the time we had to cook breakfast which was great as always. But you could also have pastries, cereal, omelette, fruit, yoghurt etc.

As always the members of staff who we spoke to were very polite and kind and made us feel at home. It was a small thing, but to be addressed by my first name and recognised from previous visits really meant something.

Would we stay again? Yes of course. The only reason we would not return is we have pretty much exhausted all we can do in the area. But if you are looking to stay in the area, I highly recommend...

We were so lucky to be able to stay here, it really is a fabulous place! The hosts, Emma and the team make you feel like you a treasured guest, you are made so welcome in every way. The suite we stayed in was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, and everything top class. The setting of Canaston Oaks is so beautiful too, tucked away in God's own country, far from the madding crowd, but also close enough to be a quick and easy drive to beautiful Saundersfoot in one direction, and St.David's in the other, and loads of other fabulous places, it really is a wonderful base to explore one of the most gorgeous locations on the planet. The breakfast is truly incredible, easily the best breakfast you will EVER have, beautifully prepared, and soooooo tasty, and when I say that you will remember the breakfast for years to come, it is not an exaggeration, you need to experience it to believe it, trust me, you will not be disappointed! The attention to detail, in all aspects of Canaston Oaks, is so wonderful. My ONLY regret is that we only booked three nights here, I wish we had stayed longer. It was so sad to leave Canaston Oaks, I wish I could stay here forever, it was so blissful. A huge thank you to Emma, David and the team, you have created a true gem of a...

The return visit was even more memorable. The effort and work that this lovely family have put into upgrading facilities at Canaston Oaks is truly amazing. While our children and grandchildren were staying in Bluestone, what an oasis this 5* B and B gave us just 2 mins up the road! So relaxing, in a room with a super king bed draped with the finest luxurious cotton bedding, classic , high quality furnishings leading into a conservatory/kitchenette with comfy double and single sofas. Fridge, tea/coffee making facilities including chocolates in the fridge, Shortbread and even a complimentary small bottle of 🍷 Can it improve on this??? Yes it can..... The breakfast , all local produce , was delicious and plentiful with so much choice. Best porridge I've ever tasted! All this with such warm, attentive service. When you think about retiring the next generation will have been handed down such wonderful experience of how to give first class hospitality.

All this is the reason you have been awarded a 5* You deserve it! Thank you Emma, mum and daughter for another amazing stay. Can't recommend...
