Came to feed the Alpacas for my dad’s 70th birthday present on Thursday 21st Aug. We of course joined in. Both my mum dad and I loved it and so did my 15 month old. He was fascinated by them. From start to finish we were looked after and so were the Alpacas. They are very very loved. Very informative information about each and every one of them and their personalities. Nothing felt rushed and all questions answered. Loved being able to give them a stroke and have a group picture with one at the end. They are all so well tempered and so so so cute! Don’t forget to say hello to Donkey the goat. I cannot recommend it here highly enough. We will 100% be back to do the trek. Thank you so much and big well done for looking after them so well. Danielle & Dexter and Dawn and Frank.

We had a lovely session last weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The session was long enough to keep my 3 year old entertained and all the information given throughout was interesting for the adults, so something the whole family would enjoy! It was nice to get close to the alpacas and feed them and have the opportunity for photos at the end as well as the added bonus of Donkey the goat entertaining the children (and adults!) would highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you!

We had a wonderful trek with the Alpacas at Capstone.

Sharon was a great guide, she gave clear instructions and kept us in check at all times. She had good knowledge and answered lots of questions. I felt she was alert at all times and confident she knew how to handle the animals.

The trek is moderate, some parts are a walk up a few hills but nothing major. My elderly mum did it without any issues.

We were a mixed party of adults and children. All the Alpacas were calm & easy to handle, small to middle sizes. I lead Conker, a young slightly inexperienced boy who was a delight. He let me hand feed him and stroke him. Our group was small enough I got to interact with all of them.

I’ll definitely be going...

An amazing experience from arrival until we departed. We took our two grandchildren who thoroughly enjoyed meeting the goats, Donkey and Blaze when we arrived. Everything was explained in detail by Sharon ably assisted by Sophie. A marvellous stroll through the walkways and on towards the Ski Slope Cafe. Once we arrived in the lovely field it was so peaceful and the weather was very kind. Stops for photographs. Both the children enjoyed walking the Alpacas a black one called Gatsby and a grey named Inca. We all learnt lots of information for the children to take to school on Monday about the Alpacas. A very wonderful morning. Thanks to you both for making the experience...
