Chapel on the Green — Hotel in Great Britain

We stayed for a yoga retreat at the incredible Chapel on the Green - what an absolute find!

The chapel is cosy and warm, the kitchen perfectly kitted out, there is endless hot water and every room is tasteful, comfortable and spacious.

The decor is fantastic - amazing art and beautiful sculptures.

The location is so relaxing - lots of birdsong, two minute stroll the the river Wye, under ten minutes drive to Hay on Wye and 15 mins to The Begwns (national trust land with gorgeous walks).

I attended the Queer nature retreat recently, the chapel is located close to the river Wye and there are beautiful walking places close by. Hay-On-Wye is nearby and is a hotbed of creativity. The chapel itself is a lovely space filled with artworks and is very comfortable and welcoming. Matthew is a wonderful chef and has an amusing take on the world. Gray has a unique approach to Yoga. What a gem! This house (chapel) is so beautifully decorated, you can spend hours looking at all the artwork! The kitchen is beautiful too and very practical. All the rooms are confortable and warm!
