Sandra and Charlie are wonderful hosts! She far exceeded our expectations with her fabulous breakfasts and cozy rooms. Sandra was a wealth of information and such great company! Coming from Texas, we know a thing or two about southern hospitality... And it was met with her Scottish hospitality. We hope to see Sandra again...

Sandra is a very nice person. Place is well kept and clean. It was easy to find. Inverness is just 5 mins drive. Beds and sheets were clean. Breakfast is good and fulfilling. Owner Sandra is nice person to talk to. Parking available inside the property. Loved staying...

Very nice and big caravan. Friendly staff and well cleaned. The only thing I would crititcise is that we only had half a roll of toilet paper and we realised that relatively late at night. But all in all it was great and I would stay...
