Courtyard Cottages — Hotel in Great Britain

We managed to book this couple of days before a stag do. We weren't sure why this place was free on a super sunny bank holiday - but it was the best thing ever. The Owl Barn was very tidy and spacious. The scenery around the place is very beautiful and calm. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly suggested.

More in depth: There is space for about 3-4 cars right in front of the Owl Barn entrance. You enter into a dining/kitchen room, with a table for 8 people and a great sized kitchen with anything you need (toaster, oven, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery etc). There's a cosy living room with a TV, DVD and VHS player, books, children books and toys. There's a bathroom with a shower in the ground floor. The first floor has 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single and a double bed. Big and small towels are provided. There's also a bigger bathroom with a bathtub and shower above it. Outside is a lovely sized yard with a barbeque and a table with seats. And plenty of grassy area. There are some swings and kids playground just...

If you are looking for somewhere quiet but within easy reach if attractions then this is the place. Can recommend the Butcher's...
