Liked: The pod is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The enclosed private decking is really lovely especially with the hot tub and fairy lights. The working farm is lovely too with fresh eggs available to purchase. We have stayed here a number of times in the past in a caravan and a tent and the facilities are more than adequate. This was our first stay in the pod and it did not disappoint. The area is very quiet and relaxed. Take a fan of the weather is hot, we happened to go during the heatwave so pre empted that which was a god send.

Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable so much so we moved to the sofa bed the 2nd night. That was a slight improvement but still very uncomfortable. It would be a good idea to upgrade the mattress if possible or maybe add a mattress topper as you can feel the uncomfortable springs. But that is our only criticism. Unfortunately felt pricey due to not having a comfortable...

Fantastic weekend away with the Family!

Myself, husband and 2 kids (ages 6 and 10) stayed in one of the new Glamping pods with a hot tub! It was immaculate, very comfortable and well laid out. Had everything we needed for the weekend (including a toaster and air fryer!!). The bathroom was huge and the shower was lovely! The hot tub was fantastic, the outdoor area was private and we spent a long time watching for shooting stars from the comfort of the hot tub! The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming and the site is well kept, clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend a cheeky weekend away here! The only recommendation I would have is to take a fan in the summer months as the pod does...

Stayed in one of the huts for two nights during a bitterly cold snap. Despite arriving late, the hut had been pre-warmed by the wardens and was very comfortable during my stay. The huts were well equipped with lots of storage, a double bed, two single bunks, a fridge, microwave, kettle and teas and coffees. The toilet block is well equipped with two toilets and showers in each block. There are two large wind turbines on site which provide most of the electricity so keeping the hut warm was guilt free. Overall, it was a lovely, quiet and warm place to stay for the weekend - definitely...

The site isn't too bad but they have major problems with the 16a electric supply. What you'll find is that when the site get full, the power fails for the whole site. The site manager then blames it on the users overloading the circuits even though the circuit breaker never trips out at the connection where the caravan plugs in.... 🤔 We told him his claims were rediculous the next day an electrician was there all day 🤣

Nice clean and welcoming site. On downside was splitting electrics between pitches first 2 night ours kept tripping out till I moved my plug to another point that only we was plugged in this seemed to sort out the issue. Need more sockets putting in.
