We’ve just completed a 1 night stay ( really not long enough), everything about this little gem was wonderful. Our host was attentive but not overbearing, the accommodation was as advertised, quaint, cosy and comfortable. There is a log burner which doubles as an oven / hot plate and we cooked breakfast on it in the morning. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable and room felt relaxing and catered to every need you may have. We will be returning soon hopefully for a...

I bought a weekend away for my mum for her birthday as she had fallen in love with the idea of shepherds huts, I arranged activities so paid for the breakfast basket so they could get off on a morning. And she came home elated, she absolutely loved her experience at Hadrians Shepherds hut. BEST PRESENT I COULD HAVE GOT HER! I think its my turn to visit now... We had an amazing time pre-lockdown 2. Fantastic experience, such a warm cosy and romantic hut. A perfect couples retreat, in beautiful surroundings. Kit made the place so romantic, the attention to detail was second to none. We will most certainly be returning. Thank you.

Stayed for 1 night while walking Hadrian's Wall for charity. Lovely little hut, with everything you need. Although March wasn't the time to use it, there was a outdoor Firepit / BBQ with a great view.
