Loch Morar Private Suite — Hotel in Great Britain

Terrible experience here last year. Father Stan treated us appallingly to say the least. We chose this accommodation because of the views and the fire place. After arriving we noticed a sign on the fire place saying do not light the fire. We then emailed the property to ask why we couldn’t you the fire (politely mind you and we were kicked out. Asked to leave!! It was VERY strange.

Father Stan showed up at our door telling us to pack up and go. When I expressed we had a 5 hour car trip to get there and I had terrible back pain due to a disc bulge he still insisted we need to leave.

So we left there bewildered and shocked.

My advise don’t go there or anywhere near this so...

A wonderful stay. Great location which is so calm & quiet. Comfortable stay with all hi tech amenities. Heating is fine. You got parking over the rear side. Kitchen is very nice with all the basic things provided. Also a helpful host. He provided all the directions before the day of stay. Surely recommend to those who would like to enjoy the calm &...

Mooiste uitzicht dat we ooit hebben gehad, vriendelijkste host ook.

De accomodatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht over loch Morar: zowel vanaf de ontbijt/diner-tafel binnen, als vanaf het bankje voor de accomodatie buiten. De uitrusting is erg uitgebreid en modern, ondanks de bescheiden afmetingen van de accomodatie. De gastheer is uiterst vriendlijk, goed bereikbaar, respecteert jouw privacy en weet je bijna dagelijks te verrassen met lekkernijen. Prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei touristische attracties in de omgeving (met de auto), maar ook voor heerlijke wandelingen in de natuur (met de auto, of direct vanuit de accomodatie). Uiteraard kun je ook gewoon lekker genieten van de accomodatie en de tuin zelf.

Bonus (die ons overkwam): een grazend hert, nog geen 10 meter vanaf de accomodatie.
