Sarah, our host could not be more welcoming, and very friendly and chatty too. The breakfast was huge and very tasty (if you wanted it!). The bedroom was large and spacious with a great view. Quiet too. Loads of parking. The B & B is a great as a base to explore the surrounding countryside with many walks and footpaths. Would we go go again - we would!

Booked a three night stay in Rose Room ensuite. Arrived a tad early but was invited to check in by the fantastic hostess Sarah. Provided with fresh milk and cold bottled water. Spacious room and equally spacious bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Very happy with the room and later discovered a comfy king bed. Room overlooking the gardens. Sarah provided recommendations for places to eat in the evening. Opted for the Swan PH, in Wilton. Albeit a limited Sunday evening menu still plenty to choose from. Breakfast was an absolute delight. Fresh seasonal fruit, yoghurt, 6 different cerals. Juices and a full English cooked breakfast to order. 3 different choices of toast. Plenty of tea and coffee. Sarah was very chatty and informative on the history of the farm. Another recommendation for evening meal was the Goa Indian Balti restaurant. If you like this food, do not miss this one(shut on Tuesdays). It's just a 10 min drive away. Third evening, we ate at the Barleycorn ph just a 5 min walk from Manor Farm. Good walks around the farm to spectacular scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manor Farm and cannot praise Sarah enough. If you're visiting the area then seriously consider the Manor Farm, I will happily...

We were fortunate to stay here on a trip to Wales and England. When we arrived, the owners were moving cattle. Their daughter greeted us when she arrived from the pasture and explained that this is a working farm. We loved it from that moment! ||The room was enormous and well-decorated and appointed. Our room had two twin beds and a private bath adjacent (not en suite) at the top of some stairs. Everything about the room and bath was comfortable, spotless, and in fine condition. Sleep quality is excellent here.||Breakfast was served by the owner, Sarah, and it was delicious. There had been an electrical problem in her kitchen, but we would not have realized it because she served hot, plentiful, and scrumptious breakfasts and great coffee in spite of the glitches. A very friendly lady, Sarah chatted with us and other guests for a bit about her farm and the area. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. ||If you are looking for a delightful country stay, with lots of English country character, a sound sleep, welcoming and friendly hosts, and an outstanding breakfast, you have found it. If we're ever fortunate enough to return to this area, we would definitely...

We had a great stay at The Manor Farm B&B. James greeted us at the car with a friendly smile and helped us in with our bags even though we arrived at nearly 9pm! The Master bedroom is very large, clean and luxurious and they have thought of lots little added amenities like a bottle of water waiting in the room, plenty of milk for a few hot drinks each (and biscuits!) and even a dedicated makeup removal flannel – much better equipped then the majority of larger hotels! The shower was warm and powerful and the bed large and comfortable, we slept very well! Quiet and peaceful location, but close to Marlborough and stumbling distance to the local pub. The best part of our stay was the hospitality of hosts James and Jackie; we had our (very tasty) cooked-to-order breakfast around the table with the other guests and had an enjoyable chat from the redevelopment of the barns, to our upcoming wedding and the farm’s airstrip – If we didn’t need to hit the road we’d have happily stayed a little longer for a cup of tea and an extended chat. We would not hesitate...
