Thanks to Pete for a wonderful welcome and stay at Moor View Chapel. We have stayed at a lot of cottages in the UK and this was one of the best. This is a lovely converted chapel to a very high standard. Small but perfect for a family of 4. Our girls shared the bunk beds and us the second bedroom. The open plan living room and kitchen upstairs is great (the kids loved the reclining sofa's!). The chapel is a short drive from the A39 next to camelford, but the roads are very narrow and passing places can be a bit narrow at times so drive carefully! The peckish fish and chips in Camelford were excellent and we would recommend a takeway, it was busy every day we drove past. We tried out three beaches, Polzeath (excellent beach, lots of paddle boarders and surfing, cafes/shops right next to parking on beach, but very busy at peak time so get there early), Trebarwith Beach (good amount of parking, but a walk downhill to get to the beach, probably not that easy for pushchairs. Smallish sandy beach, but lots of rocks to climb and explore, lifeguards), our favourite Widemouth Beach which we visted 3 times (parking right by the beach - just over £8 for 24 hours parking, RNLI lifegaurds, perfect waves for bodyboarding, nice sandy beach, toilets, cafe) All in all a perfect place to explore north Cornwall. I am sure we will come again. Pete, the cider was great!

Amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend. Well equipped, clean, comfortable. A fantastic chapel with the added bonus that they allow dogs ♥️

This is an excellently maintained holiday home. It's an upside down layout, bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, living area and kitchen upstairs. There is a secure walled and gated, gravelled yard to the front. The Chapel is in a quiet area. Opposite is ample parking and a dedicated dog walking field for use by Moor...
