Oakwood Escapes — Hotel in Great Britain

15/10 - lovely couple who runs the place, helped us so much throughout the trip, even when stepping in to help drop me off at the train station when I had a nightmare taxi situation. Super flexibale, super responsive. Now on to the place - I was shocked how high quality every thing is, not a cheap place at all. Frankly a steal. A litte personal cabin rather than glamping. Hot water, real toliet, electicity, wifi....we were living like kings compared to the folks in tents down the road. Walk to a from bunny hill was very managebale! Not a problem in the slightest. Had a lovely stay!

My wife and I were at a wedding at Bunny Hill so staying here was ideal, its a 20 min walk if anyone's considering it!

We stayed in the Derwent lodge.

The lodges are a good size, it was very spacious The shower is a proper full size, not a cubicle you need to squeeze in, the water pressure is great. WiFi in each lodge.

Shops are a short drive away if you need anything.

It's very clean, the place was spotless. Jane checked us in and was really friendly.

Stayed at this little place of heaven for one night a few weeks ago when we went to a wedding at Bunnyhill. What a beautiful place. The hosts were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. I picked the big breakfast and it was just amazing. I'm sad we didn't get to stay longer here and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay when you are visiting. I am sure we will be back.
