Orchard Farm and Cottages Wedmore — Hotel in Great Britain

Thank you, James for making us so welcome. Our stay with the pup for the four days in Pippin was perfect. Just a little chill in the evening and the log burner soon sorted that out. The cottage was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Secluded garden and front porch with seating. Beautiful gardens with little stream. The pup loved it too. We enjoyed visits to Wedmore, Axbridge, Axbridge reservoir, Cheddar and Brean. Lovely local walks and had scrummy evening meals at The Lamb, Axbridge and The George Inn in Wedmore. Both very dog friendly. Really loved Axbridge. The little town is stunning and next time must visit the museum. Golf played at the Isle of Wedmore which is a super course and great value. What a fantastic place, couldn't recommend it more. We spent three days here and loved it, the setting is perfect, lots of space and peace and quiet. The layout of the cottage was excellent, well thought out and they have really gone that step further supplying soap, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, tea, coffee and a bottle of milk in the fridge, things you never see in self catering accommodation normally. You can sample some of the local cider which is included in the welcome hamper. The farm is brilliantly situated with easy access to the Brean Down Beach and Fort, and other attractions like Cheddar Gorge and The Wookey Hole Caves, Wilkins Cider Farm is worth a visit their Cider became the tipple of choice for our break. We have just returned home reluctantly after a weeks stay at Orchard Farm Wedmore such a beautiful place , &very tranquil the cottage was amazing, as was the fresh baked bread, teabags ,cookies.& local cider. Every thing about the accommodation didn’t disappoint.spotlessly clean. I could go on, as I am so impressed with everything.It was situated in ideal position for visiting Cheddar Gorge, Wookey hole. & other interesting places to visit. We would definitely return to this little gem . The owners were very welcoming & helpful.I would 100% recommend Orchard farm...
