Very nice and humble stay. The property is situated along side several other, with the owners staying directly opposite. They have a big house under renovation which you will see first on the way in. They have a website which is the best place to book, they also provide documents upon booking which provides all the details you need for everything. They negatives were the property wasn't 100% clean, we vacuumed the property using the cleaner they do have in the property. We completely filled up the container, but at least it was clean after that. There was a lot of cob webs too. Just note if you have someone with asthma in your group as the vacuum was literally full after a vac, thats not an exaggeration. There was a weird oil smell too that we could smell every day when the heating was on. I had a weird headache all week (i never get headaches) i'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. (I had a headache after day 1 and it lasted until 1 day after we left) The property itself is very nice, the bedroom is upstairs and overlooks the living room. The curtains are low down which is a bit different so you don't get much sunlight in upstairs. There is a nice area to walk your dogs in an enclosed space. The property also sits at the back of a road, the road isn't always busy with speeding cars but be aware if you're a light sleeper that you can definetely hear the woshes of cars. The place is right near to some shops in corwen which is a small drive. There is an excellent bakery too. It was a very relaxing stay despite the aforementioned negatives.

The whole place was fantastic, each room beautiful with lovely furniture gracing every room. The bedrooms were stunning, every one of them en suite and the bedding was was so clean and fresh and of fantastic quality. It had a dining room for breakfasts and casual eating and a wonderful stylish dining room with a a round table that sat 16 people! The grounds were wonderful with a paddock to exercise the dogs. The jacuzzi was such an added bonus and was well used during our weekend as was the games room with pool, snooker, darts and table football. In the grounds there was a tennis court, large garden chess and a large garden draughts set. I would definitely recommend this house, wonderful for family/friend get togethers with so much to do all under the one roof! We definitely want to return

What a fabulous house, we stayed here with 14 of us and it was super spacious, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other with all the areas to sit, the gardens were great and seeing the train pass by at the bottom of the garden throughout the day was lovely. The beds were warm and comfy and the owners were on hand to help us out when we couldn't figure the TV out, Hot tub was great, and the huge table outside was good for us to still all be together while some in the hottub, The dining table was absolutely massive and brilliant for us all to sit around, and there was plenty of dishes, glasses, trays etc very well equipped kitchen. I would recommend the house and will look to stay again in the future Thanks x

We stayed for 2 nights for a large family celebration, 19 adults and 4 children, so we had the house and both cottages.||The owner, Lucy was so helpful throughout the booking and organisation process, answering my many emails promptly and giving much needed advice, nothing was too much trouble for her. ||The house is beautiful but 2 days just wasn’t enough to enjoy all the facilities. ||There is plenty of space for parking - we had 8 cars. ||The garden is impressive, a field for the big and little kids to play football, childrens play area, outdoor table seating, loungers and a firepit chilling place, I didn’t even get around to checking out the large chess/draughts set in the garden. ||The hot tub was perfect, ready to use when we got there. ||Inside the house there is lots of space and plenty of rooms to chill. The kitchen was perfect with all the usual appliances, big American fridge freezer, plenty of room for all our drinks - the coffee machine was a huge winner for us, and the lovely extra touches of a welcome basket with cereal, coffee beans, biscuits and crisps. ||There were plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery for our party. ||We had a very active toddler with us and was pleased to see there were stair guards on all the stairs. ||We used all the bedrooms, Lucy arranged extra beds for the kids in the biggest room (room 1). Plenty of sockets and clothes hangers in all rooms. ||The cottages were equally perfect. The Stable Cottage, 1 bedroom is a perfect place for a couple to stay - The Cow Shed is perfect for a family of 4. Both very well equipped, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. |Again the same lovely welcome basket in both cottages. ||Overall Highly recommended! We will return as a group again and definitely stay longer!!||As a note, we ordered Tesco delivery for our basics which saved a lot of time. Yum Yums in Corwen provided a fabulous buffet. ||Also I can highly recommend Alpine travel for coach hire. We visited Llandudno and were worried about parking for so many cars so we hired a midi coach for the day - the service we received...

10/10 stay in a charming country cottage. We recently stayed in the Stables cottage as a family of 4. The charm and feel of the cottage was perfect for a new years break. We also had other family in the Cowshed cottage. The added touches of the Christmas tree and garland over the fire place really added to the charm of the place. |The cottage itself exceed our expectations. It was fully equipped with everything you could need for a self catering stay. A large selection of kitchen utensils, to a washing machine with complementary washing pods. A heated airer to dry clothes (a real bonus as this meant I could wash and dry before we set off home), dishwasher with complementary tablets. A hairdryer, with a smart TV downstairs to access all apps (own login) and full central heating. The heating was so easy to operate and it heated up really quickly. There was tea, sugar and coffee available and ready for use. Amble space for parking, and the grounds were immaculately kept and had things to entertain our children in the garden even in the winter weather! ||We had Family staying in the Cowshed cottage and this cottage was beautifully decorated with modern touches, but still had a lovley country cottage feel to it. ||Even with the big house fully occupied during our stay, we never heard them and the privacy is kept at all times. So privacy shouldn't be a worry if your thinking of booking a cottage but worried about a large party in the big house. ||Lucy was superb in helping when we needed anything and very accommodating.||I would definitely recommend staying here, and we're very much looking forward to booking again in the...
