Wonderful discovery... we travelled across Scotland for two weeks and this was our last stop before returning to the airport. We had booked for just one night and were essentially just looking for a pit stop. Had we known how perfect both the house and location were, we would have stayed longer. Great hosts. Well decorated rooms with a modern twist on classic country. Pretty little garden in back. We were traveling with our two daughters and nice little gestures were made to make them feel especially welcomed. In short, a lot of love and attention was put in by the new owners of this B&B (took over a month ago).

This place is a little gem. The house is beautifully decorated in a comfortable old fashioned style. Our room was enormous with a separate bathroom with bath. A lounge and conservatory were available for all guests to use which made it feel very homely. We were able to enjoy a 3 course home cooked meal as part of our stay which was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. The house backs on to a forest where you can walk up into the hills or take a loop around Strathyre. The hosts were also very friendly and hospitable. If we pass this way again we would stay for sure.

The best experience I have ever had this part of Scotland! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the views are spectacular and the breakfast is just perfect, with lot of homemade ingredients! On top of this you get the 2 hosts, Sharon and Davide, who are very helpful, very attentive and a lot of fun to talk to! Definitely will come back for a longer stay with my whole family! Well done guys!

Absolutely charming bed and breakfast surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Sharon and Davide, the owners, are a lovely pair that made our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The b&b is a renovated old building with rustic charm, hiding spacious rooms, carpeted floors, wooden staircase, warm dining room, guest lounge and an observatory where you can enjoy the view of the large garden at the back of the inn. We were lucky to visit during Christmas and attended a Christmas dinner cooked by Sharon and Davide at the bed and breakfast. Both are excellent cooks - you can expect delicious breakfast made to order consisting of local ingredients and homemade bread. I have one complaint namely: I now have been spoilt and each Scottish breakfast I will order will be evaluated against their delicious creation with the thought of never being able to come close.

From this place you can either set off on foot and explore the areas following extensive walking paths or follow the road and have a nice car trip (we drove to Glencoe on a rainy day, really worth it!). We often asked Sharon and Davide for tips on what to do and were never disappointed with their recommendations.

In overall it's one of the best holidays we have had - staying comfortably at this quaint location surrounded by amazing nature. I highly recommend to stay at Rosebank House! Thank you, S&D, for taking such...

It has got to be a 5 star rating for this wonderful place! If we could rate it more then we would! Sharon and Davide have created a wonderful haven for guests to come and stay…….away from it all. It has all the facilities you could wish for and more. A beautiful room, lovely big and comfortable bed, lovely fully equipped bathroom, the decor is beautiful! Breakfast is amazing. They also offer a beautifully home cooked three course dinner up to 5 nights a week…….and it’s the best place to eat in the area by far! Just to say also - we happen to be vegan and they catered for us so well. Couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in the newly refurbished Garden Room and we loved everything about it. It’s our second time visiting and we will definitely be back. Sharon and Davide cannot do enough for you and they are running a first rate establishment. We would recommend everyone to stay here if possible! You have to experience it. Oh - and Nessie and Wallace are fab! (The lovely doggies). Thanks to Sharon and Davide for having us to stay…..they really have made this place exceptional. Nick & Ian (very...

We travelled through Scotland on our honeymoon and had two great days at Rosebank, one of the best stays of our trip. Pre-arrival communication was excellent and Sharon and Davide went out of their way to make us feel welcome! The room succeeded our expectations and felt new, clean and comfortable, very stylishly decorated making it feel both homely and luxurious. Beautiful views from bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was terrific too, and breakfast times flexible which we really appreciated! The garden is lovely and there is a very friendly dog and a cuddly cat (although kept outside so people with allergies needn’t worry.) Strathyre is a great base for day trips in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs area. Plenty of dinner options in the village or in Callander just down the road. We heartily recommend this place and look forward to coming...
