St. Abbs Lighthouse Holiday Cottages — Hotel in Great Britain

What a lovely holiday in this unique location. The cottage was modern, spacious,warm and well equipped with views of the sunrise and sunsets. The wildlife all come to say hello from badgers to deer, hares to Gannet's and whales and dolphins have been seen but they were a no show for us. The road up to the lighthouse was narrow but scenic and we spent hours sitting in our own sheltered and secluded Pertico Bay. Walking to St Abbs, breakfast at the nature centre and golf courses to die for are all on my 'must do' list. If you need escapism, to switch off from the busy world, then I can't recommend this...
