The Bothy is such a lovely place to stay. Right from the start and after booking it, Kim communicated very clearly with us, and we knew what to expect.
It was super clean and beautifully decorated. Kim hassuch attention to details, thinking about everything, from a guide to start the chimney fire to local bus and tourist directions and suggestions, to extra shampoo ... in case you forgot yours.
It was just the right sized for us two and our wee dog, especially with the walk up behind the Bothy, with cute hidden decorations are laid out.
We didn't get to use the BBQ as we didn't have much time, unfortunately.
It is very quiet and very relaxing. At the same time, with brillant WiFi connection.
There is plenty of space to park safely. Just be careful when turning and entering, from the main road as well as exiting.
Geourgous Stirling and its Castle is about 20 mins away, with plenty of farms on the way, where you can stop and have breakfast or lunch.

Where do I start, firstly with a thank you and a 100% recommendation for others to stay here. The Bothy is by far the cleanest and tidiest accommodation I have ever experienced, which is even more impressive given that it is dog friendly. The owners really have thought of everything, providing milk, a bottle of wine(!) And bread and spreads so you're not left hungry on arrival. What a lovely little cottage had everything you need and more, stayed 28th to 30th march all the information you need to full your day with fun stuff. The weather wasn't good which made the cottage really cosy, the fire.. wow that's all I booked it for lol. Hope to meet the owners on my next stay they really have beautiful little cottage. Thank you
P.s The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse is the first book I've read front to back and what a read it was, good touch to the cottage and to humanity... be kind....
