I visited this wonderful place today. Set in the beautiful countryside of Wiltshire. Trudi was so welcoming and offered us a range of beverages on arrival. We sat in her therapy room which was so zen. She explained everything about the plan of the day and we could ask questions if needed. We then went outside to her beautiful meadow. We grounded ourselves then We walked barefoot blindfolded and took all the beauty in, the birds singing, the country air… the senses. We then went to the big tent which is Set out with bean bags and benches. Crystals all set out. We then did aromatherapy oils, and then food tasting again blind folded. After that we had the most wonderful sound bath with drums, singing bowls and so many more instruments. We completely floated away. Afterwards we had refreshments, delicious cake and tea & coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing! And left feeling energised and at peace. I can not thank Trudi enough for the whole experience and totally recommend her to anyone interested in going. What a truly lovely soul she is.

I joined my first Sound Bath session with Trudi today! It was something very special! I already knew that the cells in your body respond to sound and vibrations so I was intrigued to give this a go!

You always get a warm welcome when you visit the Five Elements Retreat. Trudi is very calming and warm and I felt very at ease and excited about this session. It was lovely to meet the other ladies joining todays session. Trudi asked us to relax on the sofas in her peaceful treatment room- she offered us a fresh blanket and eye masks to keep the light out if we wanted to use them. Once we were all comfy and settled she started to skilfully play a wonderful range of traditional instruments such as a gong, singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum and other drums, all of which sound relaxing but the amazing part is actually being able to feel the energy and vibrations coming from them. It was so easy to relax and just be for a while.

I really enjoyed the whole experience. As the session came to an end, Trudi asked us to open our eyes when we were ready. I found it really difficult. I could have stayed there in that space for hours! After a glass of cool infused water it was time to leave.

Would I do it again? Absolutely - it set me up for the day! I felt fresh and light and totally relaxed. I highly recommend Trudi’s Sound Bath and I can’t wait...

The Five Elements Retreat is set within beautiful, & peaceful open countryside. I found the treatment rooms continue to create & endorse a calming, warm & safe space - a pure ‘retreat for the soul’. Trudi herself exudes friendliness, peace, care & a nurturing nature from the very moment you meet her. I had no prior experience of Reiki & was extremely embarrassed about ‘not knowing’ what therapies I would require/need. However, Trudi made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed & safe with her, providing clear explanations, guidance, knowledge & listening to my extensive situation/issues. Explaining that any treatments would be fluid & adjusted as required at the time. I have suffered for many years continuous cycles of severe anxiety/depression & battling with Fibromyalgia & Endometriosis. This combined with caring for those around me had left me severely mentally & physically exhausted. Since meeting this incredible lady, I have experienced a truly profound transformative, empowering & sacred journey of which I reap the miraculous benefits in everyday life. Meeting Trudi has literally been life changing in all aspects positively. I cannot express deeply enough my gratitude to her for her unconditional guidance, empathy, compassion, support & healing through my...

A Truly Restorative Experience at The Five Elements Retreats 🌿

I had the most beautiful day at The Restorative Healing Retreat with Trudi at The Five Elements Retreats. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and deeply peaceful — the perfect setting for a day of rest and renewal.

We began with a gentle Guided Meditation that helped us centre ourselves, followed by a blissful Sound Healing Session that seemed to wash away any lingering stress. Lunch was a gorgeous homemade pumpkin soup served with sourdough bread — nourishing, comforting, and made with so much love ♥️

After lunch, we enjoyed Reiki and Oracle Cards, finishing the day with a deeply soothing Reiki Drum Healing Session. Every part of the retreat felt thoughtfully planned and lovingly delivered.

Trudi is an incredible host — warm, intuitive, and genuinely caring. She creates an environment where you can truly relax, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

It was a truly restorative experience in the most idyllic setting. I left feeling lighter, balanced, and full of...
