The Tolraggott Farm Cottages — Hotel in Great Britain

Absolutely disgusted with the experience we had here and the way the host Jill dealt with it. I am an air b and b host and run my own 4 homes. We were flooded every day we were there walking on wet carpets and people in and out the whole stay. Jill was not helpful at all no apologies nothing. The festival was setting up she said she doesn't book out on the friday re disruption but the noise all week was horrendous she did agree the disruption was really bad and was going to speak to her brother who runs the festival! She said she want rent out that week next year as she fully understood the noise was too disruptive and with the floods we left after 3 nights as simply had enough. We asked for some sort of apology /compensation and Jill has simply ignored every phone call or email? As a fellow host I am astonished she would treat guests in such a manner. In my homes if this has happened I would try for alternative accommodation and refund the holiday as a minimum! She said she would have a think what she was gong to do!!! Then ignores us? I am sure if there are no issues your holiday would be fine here basic and absolutely no information on anything but if you had an issue god help you she is a sub standard host with appalling customer...

Have had a lovely peaceful week at Dinham Cottage which is at the Courtyard. Such a lack of traffic was wonderful! Safe garden for the dogs & they loved the wildlife that came in although it took them nearly a week to spot the visiting hare! The cottage was comfortable equipped with everything we needed including the things we didn't want to use (like washing machine!!) The hosts came & visited us & they were a lovely welcoming couple.

Enjoyed it so much we have booked to go there...

I stayed in primrose cottage on Tolraggot farm, a spotlessly clean, warm and cozy end of barn conversion, Robert, Jill and there son Pete were very friendly and helpful, I stayed for a week and was out and about every day doing my wildlife photography at nearby rivers and along some of the beautiful coastline.
