Where do I start … Treavase Granary was amazing! We have stayed at the sister barn “Penblaith Barn”but this one was our favourite.. the picturesque views and the farm animals were the icing on the cake. We are a large family 12 adults 5 kids and 2 toddlers age range 19 months to 74 years and Travase Granary was perfect for us. Sarah is the most loveliest host you could wish for, from the moment we booked the communication was faultless any questions were answered promptly. Trevase was spotlessly clean which is something they should be extremely proud of! A member of our party was recently diagnosed with cancer which meant mobility was reduced for them, Travase was perfect with accessible rooms including wet rooms and a stair lift which was a massive Bonus! The Games room and Hot tub was the perfect balance of ages in our party . Relaxing in the garden watching the kids play knowing they were safe within the grounds. we watched the sunset with a glass of wine listening and watching the cows as they grazed at the bottom of the garden it’s what made our evenings just perfect . We couldn’t leave out “Bishop” the Bull who became our therapy bull during our stay! We’d often find ourselves having a good old chat to him which I think he quite liked ! Finally Sarah an her team work extremely hard and it definitely shows! It’s so lovely to see something that’s family run as you can see how extremely proud they are of the service and accommodation they offer. What a brilliant Venue. This weekend we held a Staff Weekend at the delightful Trevase Granary. We were sixteen ladies so settled happily into the great 5* en suite bedrooms all with very comfortable beds, quality linen and towels and lovely toiletries. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could wish for to cater for a full house. So many beautiful mugs and serving dishes together with every utensil you could possibly need and the two dishwashers make clearing away so easy. The lovely long table seated everyone comfortably and the seating areas both in the main living room and the separate TV room and squishy, cosy and very comfortable. We made full use of the Games Room for a Pilates Session first thing on the Saturday morning and a fantastic Cocktail Making Class in the evening before enjoying a special dinner. During down times between Training Sessions we all made full use of the excellent hot tub which is a great feature of the property. We would highly recommended Trevase to any Company or Business seeking a venue for a Staff Training/Social Weekend - perfect in every way. I spent a long weekend at Trevase Granary in November as part of an old University reunion. On arriving through the beautiful Herefordshire countryside we arrived to a beautiful old barn convertion with masses of parking right next door to the Granary. The Granary is simply stunning. A huge space with high ceilings and just so light. All the bedrooms were so pretty yet still modern with clean, fresh decor and so clean. I loved my shower and spent ages in there. The huge dining room and I mean huge really made it for us. We were a big group 15 plus including kids and to dine together with beautiful views and overlooking sheep grazing from the window was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you'd possibly need for a big gang. There was another adjacent sitting room with tv and all the mod cons. Again just so much space and freedom, especially for little ones to run around and us adults to have our space as well. Being on a working farm yet with all the luxury and facilities was just perfect for us. The owners couldn't have been helpful enough to all our needs. Thank you so much.
