Fabulous place to stay in comfort, with breathtaking views over a stunning private garden. We loved our weekend visit to Caradon House. The welcome tea with homemade cake on arrival was just one of many personal touches that made us feel at home in this beautiful home. Every bedroom was stylish and well appointed with private bathrooms and facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable; we were all able to sleep soundly in this tranquil location. We also loved the spacious kitchen with every modern feature you could ask for. The seating areas were tastefully laid out allowing guests to move into a variety of rooms to either read, watch tv, or discuss the day’s activities in this fascinating area of Norfolk And after dinner in the magnificent dining room, one can polish off dinner with a visit to their party room. We stayed at Caradon House as a group of 15 cricketers back in September, and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept both inside and outside, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It provided the ideal space for us to relax and remain together as a group without feeling scattered or cramped.
The location couldn’t have been better either - in the middle of both grounds we played at during the weekend and within a stones throw of the lovely Crown Inn, who may or may not have looked after us very well for a few nights! (Also the food was spot on!)

We had a wonderful week at Caradon House- a few days with friends and a few with family. It worked well- everyone was impressed with the bedrooms and the spacious kitchen and sitting rooms. We had a big dinner in the dining room which was very special. The owners organised the caterers for us. The garden is fantastic – perfect for family croquet and cricket! We drove to Brancaster Beach in 15 minutes and walked the dogs and had a paddle. Great pub lunches, and a breakfast at Thornham Deli. The pub next to the house is great.
