A little gem of a B&B. Room was immaculate. We stayed in Room 5 at the top of the house (two and a half flights of stairs to reach it). Room gave a great view of the sunset. Ideally placed in the town centre, despite this, was very quiet; the only noise was the seagulls and pigeons vying for tourists chip leftovers. Private parking at the rear. The seafront was less than a five minute stroll. Easy access to coastal and inland paths for the fit amongst us. Many historical sites and places of interest just a few minutes drive from the front door. Breakfast, using locally sourced produce (really nice bacon), was cooked to order and served piping hot. While you're awaiting its arrival, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, etc on the sideboard. Tea served in a proper (large) pot, none of that string hanging over your mug nonsense. Proper coffee served in cafetieres. Will definitely try for a room in this very comfortable, clean, welcoming and popular B&B on our next visit to Hunstanton.

Ellingbrook Guest House. You will not be disappointed when you arrive here. Book your parking space as in a popular area. The Guest House has parking at the back. Gardens are cheerful and inviting. Excellent Covid Regulations in place. Beautifully decorated and cared for with love. Richard and Nichola very professional. Breakfasts cooked to a high standard in a bright cheerful dining room. Bedrooms and ensuite high quality standard with good toiletry products and decor. Bed very comfortable and fresh crisp linen. Beautifully serviced room. Well provided tourist information if you need it. Every success to this well establish Guest House.

We enjoyed a two night stay at this lovely six bedroomed B&B. Approx. 10 minute walk to the promenade. Room immaculate and well equipped with a good sized bathroom. Spotless throughout and new carpets in the bedroom & public areas. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and the food was good quality and well cooked. Only gripe was TV a little bit on the small side for the size of room. But that's just nitpicking. If you are staying in Hunstanton this little B&B is definitely worth the money (£85 per night at the time of our stay)

We had a Buyagift.com voucher to use & managed to book a night here (a Friday). There is parkibg at the rear of the property, plenty of space. We were booked into room 2, really good size room, tastefully decorated, nice large bed which could be separated into 2 single beds if wanted. Everything you could need is available, water, magazines, tea, different teabags, coffee etc. Fresh milk can be found in a fridge in the dining room down stairs, along with a fresh water pump. |Compact bathroom, with a full size shower tucked away. There are toiletries to use, so you dont need to pile your bags with shampoo etc. |The bed was comfy, the duvet is very heavy, but needed, theres a radiator by the door only and its a big room to heat up. |Theres a form to fill in for breakfast the night before & to be left on the hall table, a good selection for breakfast. (Your table for breakfast is whatever room number your in, which makes life easier). I didn't take a photo as was looking forward to it ! The full english was good, really flavoursome sausage and bacon, perfectly cooked poached egg too.|We only met Richard, not Nicola (the owners), but they were very accommodating and friendly. |You can have a take-away in the dining room if you like, which is good as it was freezing out when we visited. |They also have apartments to hire out. |Hunstanton seafront is around 10-15 mins walk away, depending on how quickly you walk.|Would recommend and would...

A Victorian property restored to a very high standard , including many original features including stained glass and original plaster work . The rooms are decorated to a very high standard and are all on suite , and are well furnished with quality carpet , fixtures and fittings . Beds are top class hotel grade mattresses and are most comfortable . Bathroom facilities were very clean and well equipped with a good selection of complimentary toiletries . Tea and coffee making facilities in room as STD . Free car parking spaces are available for residents , but are limited . The owners are most informative of all events and local attractions , and are very polite and friendly and helpful . The breakfast is included with the price of your stay and is !!!!!!!!!! Really worth getting up for !!!!!!!!!! I have heard that is an award winning breakfast and to my experience it was one of the best I have ever had , HONESTLY . On the whole a great place to stay for those who appreciate quality without it costing a fortune . I hope they continue to do well . HIGHLY...
