Meadows Barn — Hotel in Maldon

What a find the Banbury apartment at Meadows Barn was! The setting is amazing, so quiet and safe, a gated entrance leads to a grand barn, surrounded by wonderful grounds and the sounds of nature.

Clear, concise instructions from William and his team enabled us to enter our apartment with ease. So much space for a family of four to relax and feel at home.

All rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, well equipped with all the necessities, plus some extras that show thought had gone into the accommodation.

when we did make contact with William and his team with a query, the response was swift very helpful.

I would definitely recommend William as a host and The Banbury apartment as a clean, tidy spacious and safe place to stay.

We as a family of 4 had to stay here during lockdown due to building work being carried out on our house. We were met by a great guy called Will. The apartments and ground s are all secure and the accommodation very clean and renovated to good standard. We were left alone and able to enjoy a stress fred break it had free WiFi too so I was able to work one of the days. Good distance from Chelmsford and Maldon and picturesque countryside all around you. Little Baddow and Danbury a couple of miles away have pubs and under normal post covid restrictions I'm aware they are very good. You have amenities in easy reach here but at meadow barns you can really switch off and let the peace and tranquility...

We had the most wonderful stay at Meadows Barn. Surrounded by peaceful, spacious countryside, it truly felt like a retreat from the world.
