The Halfway House seems to have an identity crisis. It has been described as a Hotel, B & B, Restaurant with rooms and an Inn. You will have to visit to make your mind up. Anyway irrespective of what type of accommodation it is, we found it very clean and comfortable. We paid extra to have room 2 as it contained a two seater sofa and a king size bed. Although situated on a very busy and noisy road, due to excellent double glazing it just wasn't that noticeable.
The ensuite was clean and modern, but beware of the shower! The water is very very hot so it is trial and error to get the temperature you want. Also I found the shower tray a bit slippy. As a matter of course I always take a towel, so used this to stand on whilst showering.

It had everything we needed - good coffee and tea (shortbread a nice touch), hairdryer (better than my own) and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept it!!! The bathroom was big with a lovely power shower and all the toiletries you need. Although we overlooked the main road, we hardly heard a thing due to excellent double glazing.||The cooked breakfast was amazing and there was also cereal and fruit (and dried) and wonderful Greek yogurt. Brilliant coffee and tea!! |Steve the owner is a lovely man too!!|We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area (its close to Malvern and Worcester). 2 other couples who were there were repeat guests -...
Read moreVisited here on an overnight stay with my friend as we were going to malvern flower show the day after. The owner was nice and polite. The rooms were clean and well furnished. We both had aircon in our rooms which was amazing as the weather was hot. Beds were comfortable. We had tea/coffee facilities in our rooms. Breakfast was really good. Various fruit and cereals. We had full English which was exceptional. Having a nice b/b makes all the difference. It made our trip...
