Blashford Manor Farmhouse B&B — Hotel in New Forest

Had my wedding reception here! Martin was very accommodating and gave us free reign to decorate and move furniture around as we wished, which made it very easy to set up for dinner. There was ample parking and accommodation for our friends and family to stay before and after the party and many commented on how comfortable and beautiful the manor and cottages are.||The Manor is very well-furnished to host a large group of people like this, the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable - I don't usually sleep well in hotels but got a solid night here! - and each has a unique character to it. The bathing facilities are excellent and the whole place was very clean and well-cared-for. We stayed here as a family of 5 couples, for a long weekend in the main Manor house. It was amazing.||We were welcomed by Martin and then left to enjoy our weekend.||All the Bedrooms are with on suite, clean, well decorated, large and had everything we needed. ||The living accommodation was spacious with a lounge with a log burner and had enough dining space to sit everyone around the tables both in the well equipped kitchen and the separate dining room.||The goats and donkeys in the field were a particular highlight, together with the chickens. Myself and my partner stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding, in one of their larger rooms which had a very comfy bed, huge bath and fantastic shower. The breakfast was really tasty, only downside is that it is only served 8-9am so we missed out on our second morning due to getting up too late! The farmhouse and grounds are very beautiful and the room itself was pleasantly decorated with tea and coffee, and fresh milk left for us each morning.
