We stayed here for a couple of nights in October. The park was well laid out, and clearly well looked after. John the warden was really friendly and helpful and took the time to show us to our lodge personally which was a nice touch. Lots of parking right outside the lodge we were staying in, along with a picnic table and our own hot-tub. The lodge was lovely on first entering but eventually, it was little more evident that it could be cleaner. The sofas need a good shampoo and the toilets where not as clean as they ought to have been and the bedding had a cheap feel to it, though it appeared clean, it felt 'lived in'. This property was dog friendly (great) but it is frustrating at times to find a property is less than spotless, just because it is rented to families with pets. We take our dog everywhere, but you wouldn't know we had a dog traveling with us. Whilst not all visitors will take the same care. I'd rather pay more and find the property in perfect condition. It does clearly say that Wifi is not great on this park and that is the case. We got virtually no signal on mobile data or Wifi during our time at the park The park was blissfully quiet and the small pond on site, which the lodges all overlook provided a great outlook and a haven for wildlife. We had brought our fishing rods along and the fishing, even in October was fast paced and great fun.

I must say that Camper UK was the loveliest place we have been at with our caravan. Clean, peaceful, and with a great atmosphere, we loved every camper who stayed here and had a chance to talk to; even people who stayed here were friendly. We stayed here in 2023 and this year, 2024 (already twice). šŸ˜‡ Camper UK will always be a place we remember because it was the last camping site we caravan at. And it's only because we decided to sell our caravan. We all three loved here; we chose the pitch right in front of the pond. John, a gentleman looking after this caravan site, will make you feel welcome; he is accommodating and will ensure you are comfortable with your stay. Every person (staff) we had a chance to talk to felt very welcoming towards us. I must say the only improvement that could be recommended is about showers, maybe needs a bit of TLC. šŸ‘šŸ¼ I hope you will understand my point of view. We miss this place, but we always have a chance to book one of the beautiful lodges and spend time here again.

We had an absolutely brilliant lodge stay with the dog here! Beautiful lakeside lodges with gorgeous views and ducks! Good amenities within the lodge and very comfy stay. It is a lovely friendly site with a range of accomodation options and a real community and dog friendly vibe. Nothing was too much trouble and the manager was friendly and approachable making sure you're having a great time and saw them multiple times during the trip out and about everything is running like clockwork and they were very nice to check we're enjoying our trip when saying hello. We also enjoyed the area as a whole and discovered some facts about nearby Lincoln with it's history. Lots of free national trust places to visit nearby too and the cathedral tour was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our break. Will definitely be back maybe to camp next time :)

Liked: Wanted a quiet getaway for New Year for a couple of nights and this place was perfect. Perfectly situated in a quiet location between Newark and Lincoln so plenty to do and see with a short drive. Warm welcome on arrival. The Glamping Pod had everything we needed (stayed in many). Beautifully built, well insulated and secure. There's a small fridge to keep you milk, wine and essentials cold. Couple of plug sockets for the kettle(supplied) and to charge your phone. The Sofa Bed is very comfortable and folds down very easily. There's also a table and 2 chairs to have your morning beverage and a nibble to eat. The site itself is beautiful and maintained to a very high standard. The toilets and showers are fantastic. Recycling bins on site are just a short walk away. We did use the games room on the evening of New Years Eve to have a couple of drinks with friends who came in their campervan which was great. This includes a Pool Table (bring some 50p coins), Table Football and a Dart Board. I did intend to do a bit of fishing, but the weather soon scuppered those plans. But all in all, great visit and definitely be back.

Disliked: Nothing Really. All great. Just a couple of very simple, cheap additions to the Glamping Pods. A couple of Coat Hooks and a Dustpan and Brush (It's easy to tread in wet leaves and the like through Autumn and Winter and if you are there a couple of days, it's just nice to keep it clean). We have stayed in many of these pods and generally pack one anyway. The Pods are impeccably...

Liked: Lovely location, beautiful surroundings within the site, only a 10/15 minutes drive into Lincoln and just over an hour to the coast. Management lovely, lovely warm and clean toilet/shower facilities, indoor washing station with use of washing machine and tumble dryer (these cost extra), also there is a small communal fridge which was useful. There was a games room with a pool table but we didn't use this.

I had seen a review about there only being 2 showers and 2 toilets which I thought may mean queues, but there was 2 of each in the ladies and 2 in the mens, plus a large disabled / family toilet/shower room. This was in the building by the hardstanding pitches and there was another block down by the grass pitches, we didn't go in these but there was 4/5 doors to this building.

We didn't use the wifi so cannot comment on this, although a neighboring van said they hadn't had any problems with it. Our phone signal was good and strong for such a rural location. We will definitely go here again.

Disliked: The only thing missing would be a small play park for children but this doesn't detract from the site for us and there is more than enough green space for them to...
