Oak Tree Cabin — Hotel in South Hams

Wonderful post Xmas break in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The Cabin is immaculately clean, beautifully designed and very well equipped. We stayed two nights and wish we had longer! Oak Tree Cabin is dog friendly and our Giant Schnauzer Lionel loved exploring the field and xmas tree plantation next to the cabin! Perfect location, just a few minutes drive from some of the best beaches and clifftop walks Devon has to offer. Lots of nearby pubs offering great food. We opted to eat in the cabin on our second night, lit the log burner and sat on the decking with a bottle of wine soaking up the atmosphere! We had a brilliant weekend at Oak Cabin. The check-in process was super easy and stress-free, with plenty of parking right outside. The enclosed garden was perfect for our reactive dog, really secure and gave us peace of mind. The adjacent field we had use of was an amazing bonus and made the stay even better.

Inside, everything was spotless. The fireplace made it feel so cosy, and the bed was really comfortable too. Overall, it was the perfect little getaway, quiet, clean, and thoughtfully set up.

Oak Tree Cabin is a shining example of making accessible design stylish, seamless and functional. We had a lovely stay with our dog and making the most of the fantastic location to visit many beaches, walk miles of the South West Coast Path, spend hours in the Avon Valley woods and sample many of the local eateries...all while having this beautiful base to come back to and unwind.
