I’ve been to two retreats at Global retreat centre. I stayed over two night on one retreat. I just want to say that it was 5* accommodation and wonderful food.. the talks were full of BKs wisdom and lighthearted fun. I came away feeling lighter in my heart and soul. I really changed my outlook on a lot of parts of my life and really feel grateful that this charity is doing such great retreats. I participated in the "Call of the Time" program in May. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I met excellent instructors and colleagues, made new friends, and, perhaps most importantly, refreshed some of my knowledge, gained new perspectives on the world, and adopted some new life habits.
