Read moreFrom the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into Alan and Jenny’s beautiful Larkrise Cottage, with its lovely bedroom window views across the fields of Warwickshire. The cottage had all the thoughtful touches you’d hope for in a B&B — a large, comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and tea and coffee provisions.||Jenny kindly recommended a local pub, The Kings Head in Aston Cantlow, which gave us the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The next morning, after enjoying a superb breakfast prepared by Alan, we were delighted to discover his incredible knowledge of local history. We spent time chatting with him and were fascinated by his stories, which led us to visit the 11th-century All Saints Church on the grounds of nearby Billesley Manor.||Alan and Jenny are truly wonderful hosts, and if you enjoy learning about local history as much as we do, be sure to take the time to chat with Alan. Highly recommended for a memorable and welcoming stay in...
Read moreWe arrived early on Saturday around 12.30 and we were greeted very warmly by Jenny . To our surprise the room was ready even though check in was around 4 . This really helped so we could go straight into Stratford for the day / Evening . The room was spacious , very clean with a large bathroom with a big shower cubicle . The bed was very comfy and had two types of pillow if you prefer soft or firm . The breakfast is excellent we had fruit juice , tea/ coffee , cereal , yogurt and cooked breakfast with toast . Alan served and was very good at keeping us catered for . I proposed to my partner over the weekend and to help us celebrate Jenny gave us some bubbles which was a nice touch . Jenny and Alan are excellent hosts and make you feel very welcome . I would highly recommend this B&B , it’s 5 mins outside Stratford with beautiful views from your bedroom window . Many thanks...
