Postlip Hall Farm B&B — Hotel in Tewkesbury

We stayed with Dawn and Richard at Postlip Farm and had a wonderful visit. We were in the area for a birthday party and Dawn could not have been kinder in letting me use her fridge and freezer and, on the morning of the party, her kitchen to prepare some party food. The house is delightful with wonderful views down to Winchcombe in the distance. Our breakfasts were delicious and served in a large dining room. A beautiful cosy hamlet with a caring B&B host. Valerie was helpful and attentive to us for our stay, and she cooks a hearty breakfast. The house is tucked away in the hills, you only look out at rolling green and it is still and silent at night. Fantastic spot to do day trips from. Very close to Winchcombe where you can go for hearty pub meals at night. Only negative is that despite saying they have WIFI, there is absolutley no strength in the signal, nor is there much phone reception, so internet access is not really possible here. What a wonderful find by one of our group members and all last minute. Valerie the owner is absolutely lovely. So friendly and welcoming and so lovely to chat too about farming and family and the surrounding area. Wanted to continue staying. Breakfast was superb.
