Stayed with some friends & their dog in Cedar Cottage. We all absolutely loved the cottage - it’s so comfy & quiet, with a wonderful view. With the howling winds & lashing rain outside, we were snug inside. The only thing I’ve removed a star for was the uncomfortable beds - when you have arthritic hips & shoulders a hard mattress isn’t good and we all had a few missed nights sleep! All it would take to make them more comfy is a thick, soft mattress topper (easily removed if you prefer a harder mattress).
