Large pull through slots with plenty of space to park an additional vehicle or a boat. The bad no one's ever in the office the entire park has gravel roads and many of the people that live there full-time don't know that the speed limit is 10 miles per hour and driving through at above 40 miles per hour which makes the place a dust bowl. Also the the caretakers of the property don't have the common sense to blow the grass and gravel away from your RV. I put a carpet out to keep my feet clean and came home that night and it was covered with grass where they had mowed and blew it twards the RV and truck damaging my brand-new vehicle with a rock dent in the side when confronted at the office they acted like it was no big deal. Since then I make sure never to leave my vehicle unattended in the park. As for rules there are none and there is no one to enforce them I've complained several times about people driving through the park in excess of 40 miles per hour and nothing's been done about it. Which is sad because it could be a really nice park if they...
Read moreThe park is clean, well maintained, and pet friendly. The guy that runs the place happens to be an as, and don't ever ask anything about money because "he's just running a business". I paid for a month, stayed the night that I paid then took the camper back to the dealer because it had lots if issues. Stayed with my buddy next to that space, and was told I can't park my truck in the space I paid for for a month? Then watched as 3 different people rented the space that same month. Was told absolutely no refunds "I'm running a business". Got a new camper, tried to rent the same spot to put the new camper on when that months rent was due and was told it was already rented out, I asked how he rented the space out when I still have it paid for, again, "he's running a business" so the park is well maintained, very quiet and nice, but management can shove it. Also, went out of town for my buddies funeral, the guy calls me KNOWING I'M AT THE FUNERAL to remind me rent is due, when I've obviously got a camper to go back to. I left and came back the same...
Read moreApparently the new owner doesn’t understand “no means no”. Stephanie called and left a message indicating she needed me to give a bid to do work at the RV Park, in which I replied that I was NOT interested in giving a bid, because I am not interested in doing the work there. I explained as to why, and she gave me a difficult time about it because now “it’s under new ownership”. Well that’s great- but that has nothing to do with my reasoning for not wanting to do work on the property. I quit doing RV park’s many years ago (except for one who is good about doing regular maintenance)- but apparently I’m supposed to let the customer tell me how to run my business. Well- that’s just not happening. I might also add that she called on the Monday right before Thanksgiving- probably the busiest week of the year for most of us in the...
