We went to this RV Resort to spend the day with my sister. It did not disappoint. Wow, what a nice "little" resort. They have a very nice club house, with a play room with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball table and a fireplace. They also have activites during the day, like chalk drawing, crafts, games, cards, 3 legged race, etc. They have a nice swing set. They have a Tetherball, just like when I was in grade school. They have a basketball court, outside. There is a nice play structure for the children and an awesome small, shallow pool with kiddie paddle boats, that looked like loads of fun. They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub and a sauna. There are nice bathrooms and showers in the same building. There is a laundry mat. They have some workout equipment. They also have a fire pit for you to useThere is plenty of shade. They have cabins incase you don't want to camp or have an rv. They have a mini golf course, so very relaxing, as it has a nice waterfall and small river that runs along side of the mini golf. So fun!! They have breakfast for purchase on the weekends that I heard is over the top awesome. They have huge cinnamon rolls on Sunday. In the clubhouse, they also have a nice big screen tv with comfy couches and chairs, gift shop, pop machine and ice cream for sale. They seem to have thought of everthing to make your stay very memorable. It's dog friendly, with a fenced in area. And its very close to Spokane.

KM Resorts Ponderosa Falls is an absolutely beautiful and amazing gated community for anyone looking to stay in their Class A, B, or C Motorhome or travel trailer or 5th wheel. Or if you want to stay in 1 of their 7 cabins or 5 bungalows, they have on-site overlooking the property! You are surrounded by tall, beautiful pine trees. There is a mini golf course, a pool, a hot tub. There is just lots of stuff to do. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They even checked in on us by calling to see if we needed anything. The place is well kept and quiet and peaceful. We will be coming back to visit really soon! My kids and I had the girl's trip a Mommy and her daughters needed here. Thank you!

My family said they wish the place was closer to our home. We all enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. During our stay, the pool and sauna was not open due to COVID safety measures. The facility was clean and the showers were warm. Face masks were required in the buildings.

We decided to stay here with my in-laws, them in a RV spot and us in a cabin. Park was quiet, clean, and had plenty to do but most things were closed due to Covid. I can’t speak to the pool but can say that the mini golf was enjoyable. There’s a basketball court, small playground and volleyball net that were open and accessible. It’s located past a few neighborhoods and we thought we may be in the wrong spot upon our initial arrival, but it is tucked away in the trees so you feel like you’re in true wilderness. We would love to visit here again and hopefully be able to use the other amenities. The negative of the cabin was that the upstairs loft doesn’t have outlets for power even though one of the queen sized beds is located up there. The other issue is that in the dead of summer while it’s incredibly hot outside, that loft does not cool down. Even with the air conditioning blowing on the coldest and highest, it was very stifling and uncomfortable up there. No summer breeze was to be had in that upstairs window either to help with that heat. The cabin was comfy but small and it was nice to have the necessities: fridge, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, kitchen sink. Be mindful that you must follow the checklist and clean the cabin prior to your departure. You’ll also need to provide your own bedding and towels. Those things are quite common at other campgrounds with cabins so that was completely expected on our part. Overall we really liked the place and hope...
