Had a great adventure. Nothing like it before in my fishing experiences. Long flight from NY but Alaska air flies direct so not bad for such a long trip. An overnight stay in Anchorage and then a small plane to Alaskan Adventures. The ride the the mountains was stunning. On arrival we were met by the staff at their air strip. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped off the plane. By the time we finished dinner the first night we were all great friends. Fished every day from 8-4. The guides rotated every day our groups of 2. They were all extremely knowledgeable of the river and the species running at the time. Fly fishing or spin casting, take your choice they put us on the fish. The food was fantastic thanks to Richard! Cabins were more than adequate for such a remote location. Hope to be able to come back. Thanks to all, Gary, Aaron, Allister, Tyler, Richard and Dan.

This is a great place to make your Alaskan Adventures dream come true! The staff became friends. The guides were knowledgeable & competent to fulfill your fishing goals. The chef (and I do mean chef) presented a variety of excellent meals & hors d'oeuvres. The desserts every night were scrumptious. All this PLUS GREAT FISHING as you can see in the photos! Dan makes the lodge a cozy homey place to hang out while in the wilderness.

Three of us spent a week fly fishing here. The guides put us on fish every day. And, the fishing was excellent. Two of us had Moose Hut cabin which was rustic but very comfortable. The food was terrific. Each day, we had a substantial breakfast, a packed lunch, appetizers after fishing and incredible dinners. There is even a garden for fresh vegetables. This is the place if you want to catch pike, salmon and sheefish!

Dan did a great job communicating with me in planning our trip. Everything was just as expected and promised. Very private lodge with only a few people (just my family of 5 and another 2 gentlemen). There is the main lodge for meals and socialization, and then we had two cabins (one for my husband and I and one for our three boys). We were able to fish with all of the guides (Keith, Brett, Matt, and Austin) including Dan, and they were all world class. We caught huge Pike, huge Sheefish, Chum salmon, and an Artic Grayling! The food was perfect, the scenery amazing, and the setting so peaceful and restful. Truly come to fish to your hearts content and don't waste a single day on the beautiful...
