Basic place, quiet location, nice staff, full hookups, bad internet. I still recommend it.
I stayed here in the RV park area on Sat. 8/25/2018 just because my Passport America app listed it. I'm in a small motorhome. I pulled in without a reservation. Jan, the camp host, noticed my arrival and came out to greet me. She was very nice and professional, and gave me all the info I needed for my stay.
Nice place, full hookups. It's basically a large gravel lot with pedestals for utilities, but it's a large area and there were only about 3 or 4 other folks camping. There are full restrooms with showers, which I did not use. I did use the laundromat. Not all the laundry machines worked, but I was satisfied with the ones that did. The water/electric/sewer worked well and were located properly (a challenge with so many other RV parks in AK!). They have wifi, but it wasn't reliable. Even with a strong connection to one of their 3 routers/networks, the speeds were about 0.20 - 0.33 Mbps.
I would stay here again. It's not a beautiful fancy campground with woods, trails, playgrounds, etc. But it is a nice, clean, safe...
Read moreAlright place. We are staying here this next two weeks and will be enjoying our time here for sure. I pass by here while on my way to work since I work nearby but we recently went to shower, and the showers are $7. But that’s $7 per person, even if you have a little kid who has to shower with you, they’re considered a person. Only reason why I’m rating 4 stars. Otherwise, they are a nice place, tucked in a bit, basically no traffic going by since it’s not a main road, and they have full hookups for $42 per night or storage for your camper for $1 per day. That’s it, just $1. We’re going to store our camper here for a bit as well as stay for a week here soon.. Not too busy at the moment and it’s dipnetting season in July. They also have cabins which seem to be $150/ night but it might differ per cabin. All-in-all it’s a good tv park and place to stay.
*disclaimer: lots of truck traffic due to stuff happening nearby, but it should die down in the next month or less. This isn’t a yearly thing, just every few years or so there will be stuff happening nearby that brings in more truck traffic...
Read moreWe had a great stay in one of the cabins at All Seasons Campground and Cabins. There are several cabins and a duplex if you are not coming with a tent or RV. I would recommend staying here as it has a full kitchen, beds for 7 or possibly 8. We had good hot water, bathroom with tub and shower and a table to play games at. Very fun cabin to stay in for our grandson who really enjoyed having his own place in the loft with a HUGE bed. The location was very close to where our fishing charter went out of at Deep Creek Recreation Area. We took 2 day trips to Homer and enjoyed the spit and Alaska Islands and Oceans Visitor's Center. It isn't a high end place, think more of a basic cabin to sleep a crew if you have one or a few as there were just 3 of us. It is really a great place for exploring the area around Ninilchik. We loved spotting 2 mama moose with their young just down from the cabin on 2 different occasions. The owner Greg is a wonderful host and we had a great visit with him. The campground hosts were also extremely helpful when the...
