Definitely pretty views. Visited with kiddos about a week ago. Found it to be windy and surprisingly trashy. Lots of cans and even some broken bottles. I pulled into one access point north of the bridge to find just piles of trash (gross). We hung out for a little while and played along the river bed before deciding to head farther south. It's generally a good area to visit but can get trashy, overrun, and noisy with people off roading. If that's your thing then go. After heading south it seemed a lot cleaner and quieter.

Nice place, clean and the views is woow. Is sad unfortunately to see how ppl come over with ATV and motorcycle and make a lot of noises. Yes I know this place is for that but is a campground and for this entertainment is a spot where u can do it, not over my site! Other then this is worth it to be there!

On a hot day this place is one of the best for cooling down in the shallow and deceptively large pond (warmer than the river by about 15-20 degrees) that never gets deeper than about 3-4ft. The kids have a ball and the parents can just sit back, relax, and enjoy. No swimmers itch!

One of my favorite places for 4-wheelering. Very busy on the summer weekends. Tons of trails to explore. Large public parking lot for off loading and loading your machines with new bathrooms open in the summer time. Please be careful and courteous of other riders. You will encounter all skill levels from first timers to advanced racers. The trail that goes off the "left" of the parking lot and runs along the gravel pit is a very easy ride for first timers. Be aware that the gravel pit is private property. If you get all the way to the glacier watch out for moose. They love to hang out...

The locals should be ashamed of how they treat this beautiful spot and the other people trying to enjoy it. They come in on the weekends and are completely disrespectful towards others and will run their ATVs back and forth on the sand, do donuts in their trucks, and blast music literally all night and into the morning. It’s almost as if they think they’re the only ones who can enjoy the space. They also have fires, only to leave behind broken glass and nails all...
