Clean, comfortable, half the price of what was available because it feels a bit like a youth hostel or staying at Grandma's house for Christmas in that there is a shared bathroom and common room with the 3 other guests. This was not an issue for us as they were very clean and respectful. If sharing a tub and shower with a stranger is out of your comfort zone, there are cleaning supplies at hand. Overall we would definitely rent here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an Arctic getaway. The northern lights from the backyard...
