Booked and paid for a spot months ago online to spend my birthday out camping. Arrived to the location to find out it was right beside a bathroom that smelled and was emanating odor at the camp site. Run by the U.S. Forest Service, it’s a basic campground for $20 a night. There’s no electricity, water connection or dump station - and no cell phone service. Some sites had bear boxes, but most do not. The lake was accessible by a trail by site 73. Luckily there was no bear activity reported. Would love to come back here again and stay at one of the Campsites with...
