Watson Lake Campground — Hotel in Alaska

We discovered that Watson lake is a local party spot. We arrived on a Saturday excited about a nice sleep and we were not able to fall asleep until actually 3-4 am. Locals party hardy here and BLAST music; nickleback, glorilla, fetty wap actually all night long, non stop on the highest volume. We did ask them to turn it down and they did for maybe 30 minutes.

There is free firewood, mostly clean spots (except after a local party), and the spot is beautiful but you better only stop on a weeknight. If you stop on a Friday or Saturday be prepared to party all night.
