Great park, cement pads, and level site. We had B1, which was a perfect spot. Located near a lot of things to explore and see. We used RVLife to navigate to the park and Google maps as well so beware because it takes you down the wrong road. Stay on rt69. Staff was great, and seasonal campers were very friendly and helpful. A definite place to come back to again

This is a gated RV resort with spots for motorhomes and travel trailers. They are currently expanding so the back is a construction zone, but older front part is well landscaped and has lots of pine trees. Many seasonal glamper campers 😊 This is not a hotel.

We were greeted by the owner at 9:30pm. He even helped us park the RV at the site. A very quiet, clean and friendly place. A safe place. They recommended many excellent places to visit. Truly a good place to spend a few days on vacation.

Amazing, wish I could give 100 stars! There is so much I'm not sure where to start. Unlike most places, you are family here. You are. Everyone helps out each other like Mayberry days, lol. Dave & Miss Johnnie are two peas in a pot. You won't find a better place! The park is beautiful, it feels like a fairytale land. They work non-stop on the landscape & man can you tell it. The best thing is the space between each lot. Again, unlike most places, you're stacked in but here you are very spaced out in comparison. Some parts are different and the lots are insanely spacious! You just have to see it to know what I'm talking about. You & your family have access to a saltwater swimming pool, there are horseshoes stakes, a rec room/game room for birthday parties, gatherings, football, etc. You can't ask for more. They also have golf cart trails through the woods for you & your pet to enjoy nature. The lovely trees, flowers, rocks, scenery all together are seriously like living in a wonderland every day. Their staff is super great & friendly too. The bathhouse is TOPPING CHARTS! It stays clean and it's huge. You feel like you're in a nice home. Tile floor, clean toilets, shower, walls, and the same way with the laundry rooms. They have several bathrooms and two laundry rooms. They put so much hard work & love into their RV resort & it shows. We...

I’m typing this as we are pulling off. I’m super sad to be leaving! We will be back for sure. We took our first family RV trip with our little boys (4,2, and 7 months). After looking into parks/campsites all within a 2 hour drive of Madison. This was the place to come. The reviews were exactly the kind of place we were looking for. When I say it’s everything as described, it is. The grounds are extremely clean from bathrooms, pool, laundry, etc. peaceful beyond belief. Everyone was sweet to our family! We picked some apples and pears off the trees near our site (B1). Our boys had a blast in the pool, playing in the horse shoe pits, going on their hike on the trail, making s’mores, eating outside. This momma and daddy are going to cherish these memories forever. Rick was super helpful with whatever we needed. About to check our calendar to see when we can make a trip back. We are in love! Thank you for such a sweet spot and a much needed break away from the quarantine life! We were able to social distance and still feel like we were away on a vacation! Our boys are exhausted, sad to leave, and happy to have had...

The best part of this RV park are actually, the full hook-ups. Every other RV park on Lake Guntersville have No sewer hook-ups as per TVA guidelines, and as full time RV'ers this is an amenity we look for. The staff here are super helpful. The nightly rate was very good. The cable tv was an added luxury, but the wifi connection was poor and barely available. (I think they turned the router off at night to prevent movie streaming.) The gate security was nice but the entrance to the park was on the downside of a hill on a major thoroughfare between the towns of Arab and Guntersville and entering exiting the park in our vehicle was often scary. We travel in a motorhome and prefer back in sites. The only back in sites here were for residents. The pull through sites were big enough, and quite level and being early spring weren't very busy but not at all private. (I felt like I was in the middle of a parking lot.) I doubt I would stay here again because, being so close to the lake I wanted to actually SEE the lake and being on top of Georgia Mountain,...
