Hey there. I am part owner of the cleaning company that was awarded this contract of cleaning all 18 cabins and below I will share the review we received from that company as well as some facts about our polices in response to the false review left here recently.

Spent a week in this beautiful, potential cabin, here is some pros and cons. Pros- very spacious, beautiful views, quiet area, lovely wildlife. Cons-the cleaning is not done very well, all the appliances are old and not functioning, some stove burners didn't work, highly suggest bringing your own pots and pans and utensils as the ones here are old and broken.. Fridge is falling apart inside, dishwasher had broken buttons. The shower is disgusting with mold. Place needs to be deep cleaned and vacuumed, the bedding is so old and didn't look or smell washed, the bedding looks like it's the original bedding. The couches are so old and wore down you fall in when you sit. The floor is not vacuumed often, very disgusting under the beds, coffee table, couches. The road to get up to the cabins is the worst, our poor car is going to need new shocks. We found previous guests white hairs everywhere. You don't receive much details before you arrive, the trash has to be driven to a drop off in town, the keys are picked up at a box in town, called as we had questions and never spoke to anyone. They called and canceled my trip for Christmas. My children were excited and we had family that was going to travel to spend time with us and now with a few months until Christmas everything is booked for places that works with my family. Good luck for making plans with them and they cancel on you.
