Our 11 year old son loves golf. He practices constantly. While he is not quite ready to play a round here, he wanted to do chipping, putting, and driving. He takes lessons in Tulsa and being on such a beautiful course was a dream for him. My review at this point is atypical but from a family perspective, the staff and the other golfers were far more gracious than could be expected. For some of the time I (mom) golfed with my family and everyone was very kind about us having a 5 year old in tow and many even made nice comments about her picking up the game so young (she practiced a little with us). I was very self conscious we would bother the pro shop staff or the other golfers, but I was blown away by the staff and surprised by the responses from the other golfers. Once our son can play a round we fully expect he and my husband to go out together and if our daughter does the same lessons as our son hopefully we will all play someday. We will be back (but I will try to take our little to the park nearby and let the boys play golf)! Thank you, resort staff for being amazing!

Although this golf course is beautiful and has great scenery, that doesn’t make up for their service. We were expecting a lot seeing their reviews and how beautiful the course was overall but sadly we were treated awful. A man named mike was a hypocrite and let a 12 year old drive a 4 year old on the golf course yet he didn’t let me a 16 year old drive my stepdad with the cart without a license. He didn’t give us any instruction either and expected us to know where to go, he then proceeded to get mad at us for going the wrong way. We also got out golf clubs stolen here somehow and they didn’t help us out with our problems so overall not a great experience.

Course is expensive public course at $125. Holes are pretty nice, greens roll speedy and good. Couple things I didn't like: paying in pro shop was too slow! And they didn't have the range open at 10am! Gee God that's unacceptable! Then the food available at the turn was terrible--only some chips and sandwich wrap where meat, cheese, and tomorrow did not mix well. The chips were ok. For the price I was surprised how packed the tee times were--we were waiting on the group ahead of us and the group behind us were waiting on us.

Well playing on the same day as a woman’s tournament lended to the course melt down and the other was just players not adhering to the number 1 rule of golf pace of play. Due to golfs new popularity everyone is a player with total disregard for the rules and other players around them. The karts at this course provide gps location and pace of at the bottom of the screen. We Started in the red due to the play off of the tournament about 10 minutes off pace but by hole 6 a whopping 35 minutes off pace. We played hole 6 and drove around 7,8,9. Viewing total Choas and stagnate play. After the skipping holes our Kart was back in the green and the holes wide open until the 15 th. Hole. Here again drove around a crew without a care of the in the world hitting 2 and 3 balls extra off the tee box until they got there desired 80 yard drive they desired. This course is beautifully laid out with great scenery and challenging holes. The staff nice and professional but could spend more time enforcing the pace of play. I’m glad we played it but won’t return for this is a resort course and attracts a lot non player players. My 2 stars is clearly not about the course and staff but its cliental. If you play in the 90 plus handicap please feel free to pick up your ball keeping up with your best player in your foursome. This is not the range you get one shot at the tee box. Remember others payed good money too and deserve a decent rate of play. Don’t recommend this course for people who aren’t willing to follow the...

Played course several days ago - course itself was absolutely beautiful and in very good condition. Issue was with pace of play - we were a two some and were partnered with a member which was good because he had great local knowledge but he was walking so we had to wait on every shot from tee to green for him to catch up. They put only two somes out behind us so we were constantly waiving groups past - took 5 hours to play. Afternoon round was worse as several staff members drove by saying they were skipping holes then we caught them and had to play behind a 5 some of what appeared to be all employees. Also quoted me one price on the phone but then charged more once we got there. My sense was the course is member driven and outside guest are just a revenue source and management is not concerned about the...
